Food Service Equipment Utility Plans

Once the perfect layout and equipment specification for a project have been achieved, the important step of accurately placing the required utilities in the right locations is of critical importance. The electric, gas, hot/cold water, ventilation and steam connections are coordinated with the equipment placement and serve as a "roadmap" for the project's engineer, plumber, and electrician to follow. This important step will document the requirements, save time, potential construction disputes and insure that the operation will run according to plan. After-the-fact utility runs can be costly.
