We had higher expectations the moment we took it out of the package because out of the box we were already blown away by the premium build quality. And we're happy it meets our expectations. It can do the job on its own, with minimal monitoring, which goes a long way in our fast-paced kitchen

Makes pizza dough effortlessly. With this mixer, we can prep double the amount for a shorter amount of time compared to how we were doing it before. It really helps that it can be cleaned easily, that's more time saved
