The stainless steel interior is open food certified and has LED lighting making items clearly visible and easy to identify. The unit comes with six epoxy-coated wire shelves providing plenty of options to organize everything inside. Forced-air refrigeration allows this unit to rapidly cool products in a balanced fashion to get them nice and cool and ready to serve.

A ⅓ HP compressor produces 1942 BTU/hr of efficient cooling. Based on your needs, it can be installed on the left or right side. To make sure the refrigeration system will run reliably for many years the evaporator coil features an epoxy coating. This along with the fully electronic controls make sure the temperature inside stays between 36ºF and 38ºF while drawing as little power as possible.
