This is the best immersion blender I have used for my business. I make batter with this thing and it can blend the mixture very quickly and easily even in big pots and bowls. It has a clamp which I find very convenient. I use the clamp, turn on the blender and leave it for a bit to do other jobs in the kitchen. Love it.

Making huge batches of things like sauces and dips used to take me hours before I had my immersion blender. Work goes by faster with it, it's nice and powerful. It can blend anything with ease. I love having it in my kitchen.
