I bought this vegetable slicer for food prep and sauces. We chop tomatoes and veggies so easy and in no time. Cleaning it is quite simple because the machine is all in aluminum. The different blades as well, they're also easy to slide out and change around.

Very simple to use even a first-timer can operate it. Cuts through different kinds of vegetables fast and easy. Cleaning the whole is fairly easy even the blades. Absolutely perfect for quick and simple food prepping.
