With up to 64 warm, moist buns held in its drawer, the Nemco 8075-BW-230 Moist Heat Bun/Food Warmer is a space-saving solution that is easy to use whether it’s for self-service or behind the counter use. To provide more bun storage these Hot Dog Bun Warmers can be stacked and it’s designed to fit underneath a Nemco 8075 roller grill.

You can easily adjust the temperature that the buns in this warmer are stored at. A simple knob on the front of the device allows it to be set to temperatures up to 200F°. The buns stored inside the drawer are accessed quickly with smooth-action drawer slides. Moist buns are great but soggy buns aren’t, this warmer comes with a stainless steel rack that separates them from the water at the bottom of the pan.

For years of dependable service with minimal maintenance, this warmer is constructed from stainless steel. This unit is wired to use 230v power and it comes with a 6’ power cord and a SCHUKO CEE-7-7 plug. The nominal current draw of this model is 2.8 amps.
