Do you want to offer your customers great tasting hot dogs but you don’t have much available counter space? The Nemco 8300-230 Roll-A-Grill® Commercial Hot Dog Steamer is your best bet, it’s 13-½” wide and 15” front to back with capacity for up to 150 hot dogs and 30 buns.

The back panel is tempered glass and in combination with the attention-grabbing merchandising graphics, customers will be enticed by the warm, tasty hot dogs you have available. The sliding tempered glass doors are simple to use, extremely low-maintenance, and automatically stay open without additional mechanical complexity. Unlike traditional doors that swing outwards when open, sliding doors don’t take up the additional room making it safer, especially for users behind a cramped counter or kiosk.

A lighted power switch lets you know if the device is operational and a simple thermostat knob controls the temperature and can be set up to 200°F. To keep hot dogs and buns warm and moist there’s a 7-½ qt. water reservoir, a low water light also lets users know when it needs to be topped off.

The front-accessible drain makes emptying the reservoir simple for quick and easy cleaning. Brushed 304 stainless steel is used for the cabinet and base for durability and ease of maintenance.

Heat is provided by an 800 watts heating element with a metal sheath. This model is designed to use 230v electricity and connects to an outlet via a 6-foot power cord with a SCHUKO CEE-7-7 plug. The maximum current draw of this steamer is 3.3 amps.
