This Commercial Hot Dog Steamer is designed to hold up to 150 hot dogs and 30 buns and keep them warm and moist for quick service while only taking up 13-½” by 15” of counter space.

With the tempered glass back panel and merchandising graphics, it’ll be clear to customers that you’re offering tasty, hot dogs with moist buns. Serving the hot dogs is easy with sliding tempered glass doors that don’t take up any extra room when open and don’t need any additional mechanical parts to keep them open.

Controls are extremely simple with a lighted power switch and a thermostat knob that controls the temperature all the way up to 200°F. A 7-½ qt. water reservoir keeps the hot dogs and buns moist all throughout the day.

For easy cleaning, this steamer has a front-accessible drain to quickly empty the reservoir. The base and cabinet are made from durable 304 stainless steel with a brushed finish to make sure it will last for several years without any issues.

The heating element features a metal sheet and uses 800 watts of power. This steamer is designed to use standard 120v power and comes complete with a 6-foot power cord and NEMA 5-15P to connect it to an outlet that will safely deliver 6.7 amps.
