I did not use my first Robot Coupe immersion blender properly, I was using it on really hot mixtures for a longer time than was required so naturally my blender wore down really fast. Bought a second one and this time I'll be taking care of it well.

This is a very well-made and durable immersion blender. It's a really big blender, perfect for restaurants working with big batches of food. It works great but just keep in mind the size you need for yourself or your business.
