MNS MIX-N-SERVE™ BUTTER DISPENSER, 5-1/2 qt. (5.2 L) vessel, magnetic agitator continually stirs to keep product uniform (ideal for butter), 400 watt heating element is temperature controlled, thermostat lock prevents accidental changes, single switch for heat and stir functions, includes removable melting basket, dispenses from traditional spigot-style faucet, stainless steel unit with ABS plastic cover, 450 watts, 120v/60/1-ph, 3.8 amps, cord, NEMA 5-15P, cULus, NSF. Unit comes factory set at 200˚F but does have a temperature range of 70˚F to 200˚F. Temperature can be adjusted by adjusting the thermostat lock.Q & A
