The Univex ABDR15 Bun Divider/Rounder can produce up to 2,700 3.5-ounce to 9.1-ounce pieces every hour. The batches of dough are equally cut and rounded into 15 pieces in seven (7) seconds by the unit’s powerful hydraulics.

The programmable control board allows users to adjust the duration of pressing, duration of rounding, and weight. These adjustments can be saved as presets for easily repeatable results. The control board supports multiple languages allowing anyone to be easily trained to use the device. For the operator’s safety, the unit features dual start buttons. Three (3) clear 15 division trays come with this unit to streamline workflow.

The exterior of this unit features painted steel which is simple to clean and maintain. Keeping this unit level is accomplished with its easy to use leveling feet. The external dimensions of this unit are 56-¼ inches deep, 26-½ inches wide, and 25-½ inches tall. This device uses 220v/60/3-ph power and draws 6.87 amps.
