This automatic round dough divider produces twenty (20) equal pieces of dough in a single batch. Using this hydraulic powered device is as simple as placing the weighed dough, setting the program, closing the cover, hitting start and waiting for the divided dough to emerge from the automatically opening cover.
The programmable control board makes it easy to fine-tune the functions of this dough divider and save settings as presets for easily repeatable results. The control board features multiple languages to make sure anyone can operate the machine.
Four casters allow this unit to be moved for use and storage and can be locked to stay in place. The exterior is made of easy to clean painted steel. The unit stands 43-⅛” high, 26-⅞” front-to-back, and 23-⅞” wide. This unit uses 220v/60/3-ph power and at full load it uses 3.77 amps.
