Univex MG32 Description
The Univex MG32 Meat Grinder is a heavy-duty floor model that can process up to 1,543 lbs of meat per hour. Commercial Grinders like this are ideal for butcher shops, supermarkets, and any establishment that needs to grind a lot of meat quickly and efficiently.
The unit comes with a standard ¼” plate and a self-sharpening stainless steel knife. For high-performance output, the worm pin is made from durable tempered steel. The grinding set in this unit is quick to disassemble for faster cleaning times and reduced downtime. The large feeding hopper at the top of the unit is designed to hold large amounts of product and includes a microswitch safety. For faster processing cycles the feed neck is square which also allows for easy manipulation of the product with the product pusher. For a finer result, product can be fed through this machine 2 or more times until the desired consistency is reached.
The unit is primarily made from AISI 304 Stainless Steel which is extremely durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean.
This unit uses a powerful 4 HP motor that delivers its power with a water-protected gearbox cooled and lubricated by an oil bath. This unit uses 220v/60/3-ph power and uses 7.7 amps at full load. The external dimensions of this unit are 22.2” in width, 48.7” in height, and 39-½” front-to-back.
