Silverline Spiral Mixer, 350 lb. dough capacity, 2 speeds, reverse function, control board with separate timers, includes: built-in lifter, stainless steel bowl, spiral dough hook & shaft, separate bowl & agitator motor, belt drive, bowl (1 hp, 4.48 Amps, .75 kW) and spiral (15 HP, 52.8 Amps, 11.0 kW) and lift (3 HP, 13.0 amps, 2.2 kW), cETLus, ETL-SanitationStandard Features:
- Separate bowl and agitator motors
- Has two speeds and reverse function
- Stainless steel bowl, spiral dough hook, and shaft
- Control board has separate timers for 1st and 2nd speed
- Safety switches protect operator from injury if bowl lid is open
- Lifter can tilt machine to the right or left (must specify when ordering)
- Mixer is equipped with built in lifter for lifting and discharge of mixed products
- Difference between H and B models is the height of the lifter (one for bench top and one for hoppers)
- Powerful belt drive provides low vibration, low noise, and economical maintenance for years of reliable service
