Silverline Spiral Mixer, 615 lb. dough capacity, 2 speed, reverse function, control board with separate timers, includes: built-in lifter, stainless steel bowl, spiral dough hook & shaft, separate bowl & agitator motors, belt drive, bowl (1 hp, 4.48 Amps, .75 kW) and spiral (18 HP, 63.5 Amps, 13.2 kW) and lift (3 HP, 13.0 amps, 2.2 kW), cETLus, ETL-Sanitation

Standard Features:

Separate bowl and agitator motors
Has two speeds and reverse function
Stainless steel bowl, spiral dough hook, and shaft
