The variable speed on this immersion blender is very helpful for mixtures with a specific consistency and is very easy to use. Shaft is removable for easy cleaning. This is one of our most-used tools in the kitchen. Can puree soups, whip sauces, dressings, spreads, etc. and can take on the load super well. I love it a lot, I recommend it to anyone who needs, or wants, an immersion blender.

It's a heavy duty commercial immersion blender so it can go through anything. This gets a lot of use in our kitchen for soups and sauces and it works amazingly with no problems. Clamp is a very helpful feature to use for our pots.

It's solidly made and is strong and durable. We use it for anything in our restaurant and it never breaks down or wears out. We have blended cold and hot mixtures with this and it does the job really great. The price is pretty good too and for a product that's built to last.

We make sauces and salad dressings with this beast of an immersion blender and it still works super well after loads of use. We really like this so much we have one of these at our different restaurants. I'm already thinking of getting another one for our next location.
