    That's for sure a great product. A good solution for limited space. The shipping was fast and it looked as it was presented. The one cons that should be noted is a rather small bin, so if you need PLENTY of ice you'd better find another ice maker.

    This ice machine produces perfect shape ice cubes. We get a lot of compliments from our customers on our cocktails with these ice cubes. The automatic system stops making ice when it's full and also this machine has a timer.

    This is a terrific purchase for our bar. We can make ice quickly and access it conveniently to get drinks out fast.     Just an awesome ice maker from Manitowoc. Working efficiently. It can produce up to 550 lb per 24 h. Keeps up with the demand we have. Cleaning is just in one touch, with displayed instructions.     Ice cubes looking amazing. Fill glasses well. Extremely simple installation. It requires just some basic plumbing knowledge, so no worries about that at all. Durable and convenient. Easy in usage, with touch screen controls. Machine runs the same good when the temperatures get higher in our prep kitchen with no air conditioning. I advise to use a water filter of a good quality for the ice machine serve longer and ice taste better. They offer a good price here. Obviously a good choice

    We've been using this ice machine for a year and it's still running quite well. Though when the weather is warmer, the machine takes longer than one that's water-cooled. It has an auto-cleaning feature which I enjoy because it does what it's supposed to do and very convenient for us also.

    We need a lot of ice every day and this flake ice maker never disappoints! It does a lot of the process on its own so that's time and labor we save.     I've had ice machines from other brands for a while and this time I wanted to try a Scotsman one. I'm liking it better so far. Bin gets nicely filled with ice. The door on it is smoother.     We had some initial issues, but now it works great. I can't give more than 3 stars for two reasons. Firstly, the initial issue I mentioned before was that the ice maker didn't produce the ice. Secondly, we had troubles with Manitowoc because they refused to take care of the bills and I wasted a lot of time arguing with them (after long arguments they covered the expenses)

    Just enjoying this ice maker! Ice cubes aren't too small and melt too fast. They come out quickly. The number of cocktails sold has increased since we got this ice maker. It should be noted that our space is quite limited but the ice maker is compact and fits perfectly.

    I used to have the 15-inch machine but it failed. I was surprised to find out that this Manitowoc machine costs only a few hundred dollars more. However, you need some free space for this unit. It perfectly fits my summer home. It was quite easy to install this unit and it works exactly like it's presented on the website.

    The ice machine is the exact piece of equipment I really called for. Works completely fine since day one. I decided to install it in the garage of mine. Being a fisherman I need constant ice, and the ice maker meets my ice needs 100%. It can fill up 5 coolers a day, (48 qt. size). Delivery was also good, no issues with it. Warranty is included. Hope it would serve for many years. Recommended

    This model has low and slim design; just exactly what I wanted to fit under the counter, as I’m lack of space in my kitchen. That’s the major reason to purchase it anyway. The ice machine does its job good as advertised. I like the ice levels. It would be great if it came with an exterior scoop holster, keeping the scoops in the bin is not a good idea. Ice can be a bit melted sometimes.

    Ice machine produces ice well. No issues with it so far. I wish it was a bit quiet. But it’s an ice machine – that’s impossible it works with no sound. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about. Ice machine performs as they say here, on the website. Indeed good purchase for our restaurant. Ice is of good quality. Highly recommend

    I have to admit this company knows exactly how to handle the challenges that may arise. There were some issues with my first delivery; these guys called me to notify that they already sent out the same model to replace the damaged one. The next day I had my new ice machine. Manual was very helpful. I found out about installation and troubleshooting. After some time of setup the ice machine worked just perfect. Now I have constant ice on hand for my small restaurant. Definitely will order from this website again. Very professional. Thank you

    I'm disappointed. I used to have a Scotsman machine with a lot of issues and now I have another brand but lots of issues as well. It is impossible to adjust the size of ice cubes. I'm getting mad with this switch. I just can't set up the appropriate size because the access is blocked with some tubes. 2 stars from me.

    I don't like this. When I first bought it, it worked quite ok, but later I had to have it repaired twice. It still isn't working well. The motor is overheating and causing the ice to melt. I'm not sure we will ever buy this brand again.

    The ice maker has a nice exterior and is stainless all around which is great. Mind that the drain outlet is only about a few inches from the floor. It isn't bad but it made the installation a bit harder. The ice production is good and the ice shape is good as well. But now, after less than 2 months of usage, it doesn't stop producing ice, when it's full, automatically I mean. I have to turn it off at night and when I'm not around.

    This one cranks out ice like a champ! Indeed, a great performer. Solid, endurable, and reliable. Often use it in the coffee bar for ice coffees and other drinks, but mainly in the kitchen for food preservation. Had a few drain problems but they are not major ones. So good so far! Recommend!

    This is the first time I bought the ice machine from this brand. Never had it before. Ice is produced quickly, but the big part of it sticks together when it’s time to make out from the panel to be the shape. Also the sound is rather loud, but that’s ok. I believe this ice maker will be good enough for my restaurant needs.

    Very descent ice machine from Manitowoc. I remember a few times it blinked red and worked incorrect. What I did is just pushed the wrench button and everything went well. I expected the capacity to be bigger.
