Wood Burning Gas Assisted Commercial Oven with radiant flame burner, standard rectangular stone hearth baking oven, 27.5" wide by 27.5" deep internal deck surface, 2 piece construction makes for easy install through a standard doorway, individual 3" brick base and 4" thick dome creates optimum baking conditions, 120v/60/1-ph, 10.0 amp controls (contact factory for pricing)
