This unit comes with three durable epoxy-coated shelves that maximizes the use of space while keeping items well organized. Everything inside the painted grey aluminum sections is easy to see thanks to the cool LED lighting that will outlast other forms of lighting while consuming less energy. The sturdy door features an easy to grasp anti-microbial handle that provides an additional layer of sanitation. The door has a self-closing feature to prevent it from being left ajar and a 120º stay-open feature allows for easy access to multiple items with both hands.
The self-contained refrigeration system at the bottom of the unit makes it easy to access for service and raises the bottom sections from the ground. The ¾ HP compressor produces 1927 BTU/hr of cooling. To keep food frozen the temperature inside the refrigerated drawers is kept below 0ºF by the fully electronic control. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil makes sure efficient cooling will be provided for many years with minimal service. The automatic electric defrost system keeps the refrigeration system running efficiently without requiring attention. To meet strict environmental regulations, eco-friendly R290 refrigerant is used for efficient low-impact cooling.
For convenience Beverage Air normally ships this unit on 6” casters allowing it to be moved easily. It can also be ordered with 3” casters or 6” legs without an increase to its price. Connecting this unit to a standard outlet supplying 115v/60/1-ph power at 7.5 amps is simple with the factory-provided 8-foot power cable with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
