This unit is configured to keep up to 22.5 cu. ft. of food frozen.
The stainless steel interior is easy to clean and maintain. Food items are easily organized with three heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves. The door is easily opened with an anti-microbial handle and is self-closing to prevent it from being left open accidentally. When accessing multiple items users can open the door to 120º and it will remain open allowing them to use both hands.
Cooling is provided by a bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration system with a ¾ HP compressor offering 1927 BTU/hr of cooling potential. To keep food frozen the temperature inside is kept below 0ºF by the full electronic control. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil makes sure efficient cooling will be provided for many years with minimal service. This unit defrosts automatically with an electric system to eliminate downtime to maintain cooling efficiency. To meet all environmental regulations R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used.
For convenience Beverage Air normally ships this unit on 6” casters allowing it to be moved easily. It can also be ordered with 3” casters or 6” legs without an increase to its price. Connecting this unit to a standard outlet supplying 115v/60/1-ph power at 7.5 amps is simple with the factory-provided 8-foot power cable with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
