The stainless steel interior is easy to maintain and clean. In total this refrigerator comes with six shelves to fully organize the contents. Bright LED lighting outlasts other forms of lighting and makes everything highly visible. Doors are self-closing and feature plug-in magnet gaskets to make sure they are always completely closed which saves on power costs. The doors also have a stay-open feature that is activated when they are opened to 120º and allows users to easily handle multiple items with both their hands.

Cooling is provided by a bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration system with a ⅓ HP compressor offering 2392 BTU/hr of cooling potential. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this model makes sure that a temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF efficiently and reliably. Fully electronic control keeps power consumption and stress on the refrigeration system to a minimum. To keep the refrigeration system running as efficiently as possible while minimizing downtime this unit features automatic non-electric defrosting. R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant is used for efficient cooling that minimizes negative impact on the environment while meeting all regulations.

To make maintenance and cleaning easy, these units ship with 6” casters by default, however, it can be configured with 6” legs or 3” casters, to best fit your establishment’s needs. An 8-foot power cable is included with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to connect the unit to a standard outlet providing 115v/60/1-ph power at 5.0 amps.
