The UCRD72AHC-2 Undercounter Refrigerator from Beverage Air provides a handy place to store items that need to be accessed quickly from a counter saving users’ time and effort while providing customers with immediate service. The 17.1 cu. ft. this refrigerator offers is plenty of capacity for a unit of its size.

The reach-in cabinets each have two epoxy-coated shelves to organize items and maximize the usability of the space. two sturdy stainless steel doors provide convenient access and are self-closing to reduce power consumption. In a busy kitchen, users will often need to access multiple items from a refrigerator. To simplify this the doors can be opened to  120˚ to remain open. When the doors are closed magnetic gaskets make sure the seal is completely airtight.

Two drawers offer plenty of options to organize items allowing for quick access. The drawers feature stainless steel frames and telescoping slides for durability. The drawer slides feature a locking mechanism to prevent them from being completely pulled out accidentally. This is important since users in a busy commercial environment often open drawers quite aggressively. The drawers maintain an airtight seal with magnetic gaskets to keep items cool with limited power draw.

At the base of this refrigerated worktop, the self-contained refrigeration system provides efficient cooling with a ⅕ HP compressor that produces 1350 BTU/hr of cooling. Food inside the refrigerated sections is kept between 36ºF and 38ºF to maximize food safety. This temperature is maintained with fully electronic controls. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil will make sure efficient cooling will be maintained reliably for many years. The non-electric automatic defrost cycle keeps the unit running efficiently without downtime. R290 refrigerant is eco-friendly and provides efficient cooling while meeting all regulations.

6” casters come standard with this unit and can be configured with either 3” casters or 6” legs at no extra cost. Connecting this unit to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet is simple with the factory wired 8’ power cable with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
