In cramped commercial kitchens, every last square inch needs to serve a purpose, The WTF27AHC-FIP Worktop Freezer from Beverage Air goes beyond this by providing two purposes, a sturdy foamed-in-place reinforced stainless steel work surface and reliable sub-zero storage that stays out of the way. The interior of this freezer can hold up to 6.13 cu. ft. of food safely and maintain its shelf life for as long as possible.

The aluminum interior is lit with efficient LED lighting that will last for many years and keep the interior cool. Three epoxy-coated wire shelves provide plenty of space to organize items and maximize the usable space. A painted aluminum handle allows the door to open with minimal effort. To keep the interior nice and cool as efficiently as possible, the door is self-closing and features a magnetic door gasket. When users need to use both hands to access multiple items the door can be opened to 120º to activate the stay-open feature.

The bottom-mounted refrigeration system in this unit maximizes the usable space without extending its width. The efficient ¼ HP compressor produces 857 BTU/hr of cooling capacity. To make sure the refrigeration system will run reliably for many years the evaporator coil features an epoxy coating. This along with the fully electronic controls on this freezer worktop allows it to maintain temperatures below 0ºF efficiently.  Defrosting is accomplished automatically with an electric system, this reduces downtime while keeping the interior free of frost. The refrigerant used is R290, an environmentally-friendly hydrocarbon that meets all environmental regulations and has a minimal negative impact on the atmosphere.

6” casters are included for convenience allowing the worktop to be moved for cleaning or maintenance. 3” casters and 6” legs are available options that can be chosen at no extra cost. To connect this unit to a standard 115v/60/1-ph power outlet an 8-foot power cord comes pre-wired from the factory with a NEMA 5-15P plug set.
