With 8.5 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity and a stainless steel worktop reinforced with foamed-in-place insulation specifically designed for commercial use, this unit will perform in its role for many years without issue. 

Access to the refrigerated storage is through two self-closing stainless steel doors that keep the interior cool while minimizing power usage. Each cabinet has two epoxy-coated wire shelves to organize items making them easier to find. Users can use both hands when pulling multiple items out of the refrigerator thanks to the stay-open feature that is activated when the doors are opened to 120˚.

1094 BTU/hr of cooling potential is provided by the refrigeration system at the bottom of this unit with a ⅙ HP compressor. Food inside the refrigerator is kept between 36ºF and 38ºF to maximize the shelf life. This temperature is maintained with full electronic control for efficiency. An epoxy-coated evaporator coil will make sure efficient cooling will be maintained reliably for many years. To keep the refrigeration system running as efficiently as possible while minimizing downtime an automatic non-electric defrost cycle is used by this unit. R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant is used for efficient cooling that has a minimal negative impact on the environment.

The unit ships from the factory with 6” casters which allow the unit to be easily moved for service or cleaning. Locking casters at the front of the unit secure it in place when in use. Power is provided to the unit with the 8’ power cord that comes prewired from the factory with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power at 2.0 amps.
