The Blodgett BLCT-6E-H boilerless combi oven and steamer combo packs convection, steam, and ventless technology into a small space-saving, cost-efficient package. Perfect for those with a small space and limited budget, this unit comes equipped with an integrated Hoodini hood so that you won’t have to add a fire suppression system or change filters. Instead, the unit employs a catalytic and condensing system to eliminate all the fumes, smoke, and steam exhaust that come from each cooking session. The boilerless design on this unit also helps you save on water costs because it doesn’t require a water tank, and instead directly injects water into the heating elements to create steam. On top of all these stellar features, the unit is made of stainless steel, which makes it super sleek and modern, very easy to clean, and highly durable with excellent rust resistance.

This commercial oven provides room for four to five 12" x 20" hotel-size pans with a depth ranging from 2 to 2". The unit is supplied with three (3) wire shelves. The dual-pane tempered glass window protects from heat loss while ensuring the halogen-lit interior is visible at all times so you can check your progress without disrupting the operation. The inner glass is hinged to simplify cleaning. The unit also has manual and automatic cooling as well as automatic humidity pulsing for increased convenience. 

The nine-speed reversible fan moves the heat and steam throughout the entire cavity to cook the food faster and more evenly on every single rack. An internal core temperature probe assists in ensuring cooking precision by measuring different parts of the food during operation. The unit also allows manual or automatic cooling as well as automatic humidity pulsing to help you create the perfect atmosphere for each dish.

From the user-friendly touchscreen panel, you will be able to access the host of features on this unit to create tailored and consistently high-quality dishes at a tap of a button. You can make it cook your food with steam, convection heat, or the combination of both to deliver healthy dishes packed with nutrients, flavor, and all their original qualities intact all while keeping the meat from shrinking during the cooking session for higher yields. You can even have the combi oven rethermalize frozen food, preheat, proof, forced-steam, low-temp steam, and Blodgett’s preprogrammed CombiSmart cooking mode.

The rack can be individually timed to meet the cooking time requirements of different recipes all at once. You can even load up to 500 recipes on this unit, all with 15 steps each, so you can easily choose one when cooking your popular menu items. Additionally, this combi oven can collect relevant HACCP data that can be easily transferred along with the recipes via the USB port.

For complete cleaning, you can simply navigate to the Automatic CombiWash and watch the oven become spick-and-span with low amounts of water and detergent used ad with no chemical contact. A detachable hand shower offers a convenient water supply perfect for cleaning the oven floors or filling pots with water.

The door is field-reversible using a conversion kit and is designed to turn the fan off first before fully opening for safety. To prevent wet floors and slip hazards, the unit has a 2" drain at the bottom of the center cavity and a door-mounted drip tray to collect the liquids.

The Blodgett BLCT-6E-H full-size electric combi oven steamer meets cETLus and ETL-Sanitation standards and comes with a one-year warranty on parts and labor.
