This 36 3/8" wide prep table by Blue Air is built with stainless steel construction and galvanized steel back and bottom. With cyclopentane insulation, this unit is kept durable and cold at all times! The 1/4 HP compressor is located on the rear for easy maintenance access while the evaporator is coated with electrodeposition for improved performance and durability. It has a rounded corner design that adds to the sleek look but also decreases risks of injury.

The  BLMT36-HC Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table comes with 15 1/6  food pans at 4" deep, but this unit can accommodate 6" deep pans so you can refrigerate more in the same space. Pull down the insulated pan cover with a stainless steel divider over the food items to protect from spoilage.

With a 9 1/2" deep cutting board that provides a sturdy 1/2" thick work surface directly next to your ingredients, sandwich prep is more streamlined than ever! A side rail cutting board bracket is used to remove or secure the cutting board.

Underneath, the BLMT36-HC Mega Top Sandwich Prep Table packs 9.5 cu.ft. of cold storage beneath two (2) solid doors where you can store reserve more supply so you never run out of ingredients. The two (2) epoxy-coated wire shelves are sturdy and adjustable to support bulkier items. The all-metal doors self-close for safe and convenient restocking and retrieval while the durable, easy-to-replace gasket forms a tight seal. Four (4) 4" diameter swivel casters with two (2) front brakes are included for mobility.

The interior is kept at a temperature range of 33-39°F. An R-290 refrigerant not only keeps your operation environment-friendly, but it increases the energy efficiency of the unit by 25% compared to HFC! An innovative hot gas frame heating system decreases condensation for energy-efficient cooling.

It’s very to keep this unit functioning to your standards, thanks to a self-diagnostic digital temperature control and monitor system. Check the clear digital display for the current temperature to verify and adjust accordingly. There is a control for automatic evaporator fan motor delay plus a warning alarm that alerts you when the unit has been left open. With a self-contained refrigeration system, this unit can be used immediately with very minimal setup!
