This 6,100-watt commercial coffee machine with two (2) brew heads brews up to 15 gallons of coffee per hour into 1.9 to 3-liter airpots (available separately). When the place gets busy, the 200-oz reservoir water tank will help you make sure there is enough to go around. This unit has a stainless finish and a stainless steel funnel with a protective SplashGard design as well as an LCD display and a hot water faucet for excellent durability, easy operation, and enhanced functionality.

Achieve your desired flavor by controlling the coffee extraction through pre-infusion, pulse brew, and digital temperature control. This commercial coffee brewer is designed to adapt to changing water pressure and also lets you make adjustments on the brew level, cold brew lockout, and tank temperature to keep the coffee high-quality. 

To save on energy costs, the unit lowers the tank temperature during idle periods. Servicing and maintenance are made easier as well with the electronic diagnostics, built-in tank drain. The BrewLOGIC technology also adjusts the brew time to keep pot levels consistent.

This airpot coffee brewer is rated 26 amps and requires a 120/240v/60/1-ph electrical connection. This unit has passed UL and NSF standards.
