The Glastender DI-FR36 Ice Cream Freezer is an ice cream station designed to be installed into a countertop. This unit can hold a pair of 3-gallon containers, that’s a total of 6 gallons in its 12 ½ inch x 10-⅛ inch x 20-⅛ inch interior. The lid, working surface and interior liner are made of stainless steel for easy cleaning.  The lid is hinged from the back and remains open while dipping. Operating temperatures between -5°F and 10°F are achieved with a ¼ HP self-contained cooling unit using R404A refrigerant. Cooling is efficient and environmentally friendly thanks to the CFC free, foamed-in-place insulation. The exterior of the unit is wrapped in galvanized steel.

The unit is 23 inches deep from the top of the counter and requires a 24-¾ inch x 14-¾ inch cutout for installation.  The installation location requires a minimum clearance of 5” between the unit’s exterior siding and any obstructions the minimum airflow required for proper operation is 150 CFM. For Easy installation angle brackets, U-channels, and mounting bolts are included. The is designed to use 120v/60Hz/1-ph and it is recommended that it is supplied by its own dedicated circuit rated for 15 amps. A 6-foot grounded NEMA 5-15P cord and plug are also included.
