Globe mixers are well known to be powerful, with gear-driven transmissions, custom motors, rugged construction, dependable operation, and offer the perfect mix of quality and value.
GSM130 Spiral Mixer is all metal construction with FDA approved white powder coat. This unit has 2 fixed speeds, manual and automatic controls with dual 20 minute electronic timer for automatic shifting from 1st to 2nd speed. It also has dual motors (¾ HP bowl per 35 rpms, dough hook with two speed- 1st speed 3.25 HP per 104 rpms; 2nd speed 6 HP per 208 rpms). The motors are high torque, ball bearing, totally enclosed and fan cooled.
This mixer comes standard with steel wire form interlocked bowl guard, stainless steel bowl and spiral dough hook. There are ball bearing mounted front and back casters included in this unit for mobility purposes. Now backed by the best warranty in the industry; 2-years parts and labor!
