The Hobart 6460-2 vegetable peeler is capable of peeling 50-60 lbs of potatoes and other root vegetables in 1-3 minutes with an abrasive, silicon-carbide disc. It features a durable, welded stainless steel construction with a Lexan liner. This commercial peeler powered by a 1 HP motor and requires a 230v/60Hz/3-ph electrical connection.
