Meat Saw, vertical blade, 16” Pulleys, 4150 fpm, 3 Hp motor, direct gear transmission, stainless steel open frame design, push/pull switch, moveable-lockable carriage tray, two piece stationary rear cutting table, adjustable legs (2" movement), hose down capability

The Hobart 6801+BUILDUP Meat Saw features a 5/8" x 142" verticle blade, powered by a 3 hp, direct gear drive transmission to provide a 4150 FPM blade speed to easily cut through bone. It operates with 16" pulleys and a push/pull switch. Its stainless steel open-frame design features a moveable, lockable carriage tray, a two-piece stationary rear cutting table, and adjustable legs with 2" movement. All parts are easily removeable for a high-pressure hose down cleaning.
