Powered by a 3/4 hp motor, the Hobart HL300-1STD commercial planetary mixer can handle the tougher food prep applications with efficiency. There are three fixed speeds that allow for excellent mixing flexibility and with the 15-minute SmartTimer, you can perfect each recipe without the worry of overmixing. The motor runs at consistent speeds even at heavy loads, thanks to the gear-driven transmission. This planetary mixer comes fully equipped with a #12 taper hub, 30 qt. stainless steel bowl (with manual bowl lift and stainless steel bowl guard), aluminum "B" beater, and stainless steel "D" wire whip.
