The Hobart HL600-1 commercial planetary mixer can handle the toughest food prep duties with the powerful 2.7 HP motor and 60-quart capacity. This mixer supports four (4) fixed speeds and a dedicated gear speed to ensure thorough mixing and give you better control over each batch. The 20-minute SmartTimer helps you stay on top of each recipe without much monitoring while still enjoying accuracy and precision. The mixer is also packing a gear-driven transmission that should deliver consistent motor speed and minimize downtime for uninterrupted use. The stainless steel bowl has a power bowl-lift design and a bowl guard as an added protection to ensure safe and simple operation. This unit comes with a #12 taper hub and supports an electrical connection of 200-240 volts, 50-60Hz, and 3-ph or 1-ph. This model DOES NOT come with any accessories.
