With an 80-quart capacity, the Hobart HL800-70STD commercial planetary mixer is a solid addition to any kitchen with large amounts of ingredients to prep every single day. This unit is powered by a 3 HP motor that supports four (4) fixed speeds plus a stir speed to mix products thoroughly and with consistent results. The 20-minute SmartTimer helps you maintain accuracy while still unlocking time to do other food prep tasks. This mixer is also packing a gear-driven transmission that helps keep the motor deliver reliable performance even under heavy loads. This unit comes with an 80 qt. stainless steel bowl (with power bowl lift and stainless steel bowl guard), "B" beater, "D" whip, "ED" dough hook, and stainless steel ingredient chute.
