The Hobart HL600C-2STD planetary mixer is made specifically for correctional facilities. It is a high-performance machine with a 2.7 HP motor under the hood and a bowl capacity of 60 quarts. There are four (4) fixed speeds plus a stir speed you can activate on the fly to achieve thorough mixing. The 20-minute SmartTimer ensures correct mixing times for optimal results. For reliable performance, the gear-driven transmission keeps the speed consistent even when the load is heavier. With a soft-start agitation technology, you won't have to worry about the contents splashing out when you move from one speed to another. This mixer comes equipped with a 60 qt. stainless steel bowl (with power bowl lift and stainless steel bowl guard), #12 taper hub, aluminum "B" beater, stainless steel "D" wire whip, and an "ED" dough hook.
