Point 2 Series Pot & Pan Washer, straight thru door type, high temperature with built-in booster, wheeled stainless steel basket (50-1/2"W x 26"D), approximately 15 cycles/hour capacity, 2.55 gallons/cycle, front-mounted MIKE controller with digital display & service diagnostics, fully automatic operation, Auto-Safe temperature control for guaranteed sanitization, Soft Start fragile ware protection system, double wall stainless steel construction, pumped drain & rinse, (2) 3 HP wash pumps, NSF, cETLus, ENERGY STAR®Standard Features:
- Capacity 15 cycles per hour

- High capacity - Wheeled stainless steel basket has clearances of 50-1/2” W x 26” D (1280 x 660mm). Supplied sheet pan insert holds 11 sheet pans per cycle. One additional insert is optional for a full capacity of 22 sheet pans per cycle.
