Easy Commercial Slicer™ Vegetable Slicer, slices many fruits and vegetables, fixed cut 1/4", stainless steel blade, for use with Nemco removable mounting base, NSF
Standard Features:
Easy Slicer is the one slicer you need to make fast, easy work of most fruits and vegetables. Unique, adjustable, stainless steel blade provides a full range of slicing options, from 1/16-inch to 1/2-inch in thickness, for extra versatility and convenience. Simply turn the thumbscrew control to lock in your setting on the easy-to-read calibrated gauge. Use with NEMCO mounting base 55816 (sold separately) for a secure workstation, plus easy removal for cleaning and storage. Fixed cut models also available. Optional shredding plates fit all units.

We have this Nemco vegetable cutter at our pizza place. Using it to slice different topping vegetables like onions and peppers, makes prepping quick and effortless. It's super easy to use and clean. I recommend this one.

A very well-made piece of equipment. We cut and slice pounds of potatoes, cabbage and other kinds of vegetables every day and it holds up great. Saves my staff loads of time so they have the availability to do other things in our busy kitchen. It's been years since I purchased this machine and it still works like new. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Slices up vegetables evenly, fast and easy. The adjustable blade on mine is very neat and helpful. It's solid and made high quality so it'll last you for a long time. Use is straightforward and doesn't have to use electricity. Disassembly to clean the whole thing is also pretty simple. Really excellent slicing machine. Well worth the money.
