If you want to keep food warm and ready to serve without drying or overcooking it the 6150-36-D Bar Heater from Nemco is a great 36" option. This double-warmer Commercial Heat Lamp provides a wider heat zone making it ideal for heating truly large batches.
The controls on this model are as simple as can be. A toggle switch allows you to turn the heater on and off while an indicator lets users know if it’s on or not. Commercial-grade aluminized steel reflectors make sure heat is concentrated on the food.
The housing is made from incredibly durable extruded aluminum which is light-weight and features a clear-anodized finish to protect it from corrosion. This model is designed to use up to 1700w of power with 120v/60/1-ph electricity at 14.2 amps.
This warmer is NSF and ETL listed for safety and sanitation.
