For high-volume foodservice operations, reliable infrared heaters like the 6150-72-DL-240 Bar Heater from Nemco is an easy pick. This 72” long Commercial Heat Lamp works great for keeping fried goods warm and ready to eat without drying out. With a double-warmer configuration, this model can easily heat a large area making it efficient for larger batches of food. Aside from keeping food warm, this model comes with shatter-resistant 40w bulbs that illuminate the food making it much more appealing.
This warmer features a simple on/off toggle switch and an indicator light to check if the warmer is on at a distance. Commercial-grade aluminized steel reflectors make sure heat is concentrated on the food.
The clear anodized aluminum extrusion housings are light-weight while being extremely durable. This warmer produces 3610w of power and is wired from the factory to use 240v/60/1-ph electricity at 15 amps.
This warmer is NSF and ETL listed for safety and sanitation.
