This 36” long unit works great for keeping fried goods warm and ready to eat without drying out. The double warmer setup of this warmer makes it a great option if you need to cover a large heat zone.
The thermostat dial on this model makes it extremely simple for users to adjust the temperature to fit their needs. To make sure food is heated as efficiently as possible this model comes with aluminized steel reflectors.
To keep this model lightweight while making it easy to clean and maintain, it’s made from extruded aluminum with a clear anodized finish. This infrared warmer is designed to use 240v/60/1-ph electricity, uses 1700w of power, and pulls 7.1 amps.
