Controlling the temperature that food is held at is as simple as can be with this model. A simple control dial allows you to quickly dial in the temperature you need to keep your food warm and appetizing. Commercial-grade aluminized steel reflectors make sure heat is concentrated on the food.
The clear anodized aluminum extrusion housings are light-weight while being extremely durable. This warmer produces 2800w of power and is wired from the factory to use 240v/60/1-ph electricity at 11.7 amps.
This unit is ETL and NSF listed.
