With a smaller heat zone, this single warmer model is more efficient than dual warmer models when you’re heating smaller batches. Customers can easily see what you have ready to order thanks to the 40w incandescent light.
Adjustments are made much simpler with the remote control unit this heater is designed to use. Commercial-grade aluminized steel reflectors make sure heat is concentrated on the food.
This model is easy to clean up and will last for years to come thanks to the aluminum extrusion housings protected by a clear anodized finish. To operate this 1885w warmer safely it requires a circuit that can safely supply 7.9 amps of current, is wired for 240v/60/1-ph electricity.
