The top-mounted control panel is easy to see and access. This position minimizes the mess by keeping it above where batter may splatter. To make cooking waffles to the perfect golden-brown color, this model comes with programmable controls with a clearly visible LED countdown timer. When the cooking process is finished an audible alarm will get users’ attention in case they are not in front of the waffle maker. 

The heavy-duty cast aluminum grid produces 7” diameter waffles. The large thermal mass provides excellent heat distribution to eliminate cold and hot spots. To prevent waffles from sticking to the grid it features a silverstone non-stick coating. To get the fluffiest waffles this waffle grid has a floating hinge which allows the top grid to rise as waffles cook. To stand up to daily use in a commercial kitchen, this waffle iron features stainless steel construction for easy cleaning and maintenance.

A NEMA 5-15P plug is included to connect it to a standard 120v/60/1-ph power source that can safely supply 14.8 amps of current.
