Nothing quite hits the spot like a warm, delicious hot dog and a moist bun helps to bring out the flavor. To offer your customers with nice moist hot dog buns the 8027-BW-230 Moist Heat Bun/Food Warmer from Nemco is a great solution that can hold up to 32 buns. This Hot Dog Bun Warmer is stackable making it easy to fit more bun storage without increasing the footprint. This model is specifically designed to fit under Nemco 8027 Roll-A-Grill® hot dog grills.
The thermostatic controls allow for temperatures up to 200F° to keep buns warm and moist. Buns are convenient to access from the drawer thanks to drawer slides that allow it to open smoothly. The buns are kept moist by water at the bottom of the pan and to keep them from getting too soggy they are held on a stainless steel rack.
To prevent corrosion and make cleaning simple, this warmer is made from stainless steel. 230v power is used by this unit and it comes with a SCHUKO CEE-7/7 plug at the end of a 6’ power cord. This unit has a nominal current draw of 2.0 amps.
This warmer is CE certified and NSF listed.
