The 8027SX-SLT-230 Roll-A-Grill® 22.25'' Slanted Top Countertop Hot Dog Roller Grill from Nemco is a reliable option that offers operators with an easy-to-use solution that can easily cook hot dogs in a streamlined fashion. The Commercial Hot Dog Grill is designed to hold 27 hot dogs at a time. Thanks to the 7° slant all food is clearly visible to customers. Up to 540 hot dogs can be cooked by this device per hour. This grill has dual heat controls for the front and rear set of rollers allowing half of them to be turned off to save power when not needed. The heat controls have seven heat settings to dial in the precise temperatures you need.

To keep cleaning and downtime to a minimum, the rollers feature a GripsIt finish which is ideal for cooking breakfast items and sugary foods. A quick wipe down with a damp sponge is all you need. For consistent heating, each roller has its own heating element. The 360° turn of the rollers prevent hot and cold spots since it fully utilizes the surface of each roller.

For reliability, the motor on this roller grill is completely sealed and uses ball bearings to prevent grease from leaking out over the years. The rugged stainless steel and aluminum construction makes for simple maintenance and bulletproof performance. A removable grease pan covers all the rollers to catch every drop of grease for cleaning when convenient. 230v power is used by this unit and it comes with a SCHUKO CEE-7/7 plug at the end of a 6’ power cord. This unit has a nominal current draw of 4.1 amps.
