It is a very powerful immersion blender by Robot Coupe. This is one of our most-used tools in the kitchen. We use it to puree ingredients for soups and sauces. They turn out as smooth or chunky as I want them to be. The detachable shaft is super easy to clean.

We have just used our Robot Coupe immersion blender for a few weeks and have used it for our soups and sauces. So far it can really handle being continuously used daily. The motor is still fast and powerful. The price is very good too.
