The Turbo-Air JURF-72-N is a side-mount undercounter refrigerator/freezer intended for heavy-duty commercial use. It helps restaurants, bars, cafés, and other commercial kitchens crowded with foodservice equipment expand their food storage by tapping into the unoccupied space below their counter.

The Turbo-Air JURF-72-N’s stainless steel top, front, sides, doors, and interior floor provide a strong structure to help it keep up with the daily demands of a commercial kitchen. The exterior is reinforced with durable aluminum interior panels and liners for each of the three doors.

The sleek-looking doors have ergonomically designed recessed door handles so you can comfortably grip them with your fingers. Optional door locks are also available at an extra charge for businesses that want to keep their products secure. Each door is fitted with an easily removable one-piece magnetic door gasket. The unit also uses high-density polyurethane foam insulation, sealing in the cold air inside the interior.

The Turbo-Air JURF-72-N is a three-section unit. The refrigerator takes up two sections with a combined maximum capacity of 12.4 cu. ft. The freezer can store up to 5.3 cu. ft. of frozen items. This unit comes with three adjustable wire shelves with a polyethylene coating to protect them from moisture. You may add extra wire shelves if you need more to better organize your items. Energy-efficient interior LED lighting illuminates the inside of the cabinets for easy loading and unloading.

To help make sure your items are exposed to optimal temperatures, Turbo-Air’s digital temperature control and monitoring system lets you adjust and keep track of the temperature levels. The refrigerator’s temperature can be adjusted from 33° F to 39° F while the freezer’s temperature range is from -10° F to 0° F.

The Turbo-Air JURF-72-N is a self-contained refrigerator/freezer. This front-breathing unit allows you to position it flush against a wall with zero clearance, which is great for facilities with not a lot of space.

It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, a specialized refrigerant that is fully compliant with the new refrigerant management standards set by the DOE and EPA. R290 does not contribute to the depletion of the ozone layer and is less likely to contribute to global warming than other refrigerants, making it the obvious choice for responsible businesses looking to reduce their impact on the environment.

To further improve its energy efficiency, Turbo-Air fitted this refrigerator/freezer with a hot gas condensate system. This system uses components that are specially treated to resist corrosion to prevent refrigerant from leaking and condensate from overflowing. The condenser is also a breeze to clean with the unit’s easy-open front grille. This unit comes with a handy condenser brush so that you can brush away dust and prevent dust buildup that negatively affects the performance of the condenser.
