This self-contained refrigerator with a pizza prep table on top provides a convenient and practical way to make a large number of pizzas at once.
Heavy-Duty Exterior and Interior Construction
With stainless steel top, front, and side exterior panels, the Turbo-Air TPR-93SD-D4-N can be expected to withstand the pressure even in the most rigorous pizzeria kitchens. The interior is also made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel to give you a rust-free environment for storing pizza ingredients.
Ample Space for Prepped Items
The Turbo-Air TPR-93SD-D4-N comes with (12) 1/3 size condiment pans, each with a depth of 6”. Insulated pan covers are attached to the top of the prep table so you can pull the covers down on the pans when the unit is not in use.
Roomy Workspace
The worktop includes a sizeable 19 1/4”-deep cutting board to provide plenty of space to make any size of pizza. The 1/2”-thick cutting board is made of durable high-density polyethylene, ensuring that it lasts as long as the rest of the unit. The cutting board has a side rail bracket so that it can be mounted and unmounted quickly for easy cleaning.
Innovative Forced Air System
To keep your prepared ingredients fresh even when the pan covers are open, the Turbo-Air TPR-93SD-D4-N uses a forced air system that delivers cold air around each of the pans. This creates a cold bunker around each pan to maintain food temperatures at the NSF-recommended 41° F and below.
Spacious Self-Contained Refrigerator
The Turbo-Air TPR-93SD-D4-N has a large self-contained refrigerated interior with three sections and 31 cu. ft. of maximum storage capacity. Two stainless steel shelves are included to help you organize the contents of the interior.
Ergonomically Designed Door and Drawers
The interior of this unit is accessible via (1) solid door and (4) durable drawers, each of which can be opened using easy-grip recessed handles. ABS door liners cover the interior of the door and all drawers to protect against water damage.
Self-Cleaning Condenser
This pizza prep table has a self-cleaning condenser that is fitted with a rotating brush. The rotating brush moves up and down the condenser 2 to 3 times every day to remove dust that may have gathered in the coil after being pulled up in by the evaporator fan. The condenser is also shielded from dirt, debris, and larger particles using a fine mesh wire filter.
Casters for Mobility
You can easily move the Turbo-Air TPR-93SD-D4-N across the kitchen floor thanks to the 4” casters on which it stands on. The front casters have brakes so you don’t have to worry about the prep table wobbling around when in use. For extra stability, you can request for stainless steel or ABS legs for an additional fee.
Environment-Friendly Refrigerant
This pizza prep table provides superior cooling for your ingredients with the use of R290, a hydrocarbon refrigerant deemed safe to the environment. R290 meets and exceeds the standards of the DOE and EPA on responsible refrigerant use and management. It does not release CFCs that degrade the ozone layer and contributes minimally to global warming.
