The Univex DR11 Dough Divider/Rounder is a manual cutting bench model that cuts weighed dough into 11 even portions between 11 oz and 23 oz and includes automatic rolling. Dough Dividers / Rounders like this model from Univex are an important tool for any establishment that wants to quickly and efficiently produce large amounts of food with as little effort as necessary.

Using this device is a two-step process. First, you placed weighed dough into a dough pan (1 included) and place it under the cutting head (1 included), and manually cut the dough with the lever. This produces 11 even pieces. The pieces are then removed from the dough pan and placed onto a tray (2 included). This tray is then placed in the timed automatic rounder where a cup tray (not included) rounds the dough into balls. 

The controls are pretty simple consisting of a start button, a stop button, a timer knob, and a power indicator. This unit uses 115v/60/1-ph power and draws 2.0 amps at full load.
