The Univex DR14 Dough Divider/Rounder is an automatic rounding bench unit that manually cuts dough that has been pre-weighed into fourteen (14) even portions that weigh between 3 oz and 11 oz. Dough Dividers / Rounders  are important tools for large scale operations.

To use this device you place dough that has been pre-weighed into the included dough pan and place the pan into the included cutting head and use the lever to slice the dough manually. Fourteen (14) even pieces are produced at once. The divided dough is then removed from the dough pan into one of the two (2) included trays. The tray can then placed into the automatic rounder with a timer that is located beneath the cutting head and a cup tray (the cup tray is not included) will press down on the dough pieces and move around the dough until it is rounded. 

The simple controls consist of a start button, a power indicator, a timer knob, and a stop button. This unit utilizes 115v/60/1-ph power at 2.0 amps.
